Hello, I just updated iTunes to the newest version today 10/23/2015 and after updating, my iPhone 6 won't be show up on iTunes at all.This is windows computer thanks in advance for any help.
I just updated ITunes and now I cannot get it to display my IPhone. This is particularly troubling because I want to backup my phone prior to any updates.
Try updating the device driver for your Apple IPhone in the USB section of the Device manager.
Select to browse for a device driver, and go to c:Program FilesCommonAppleMobile Device supportDrivers, and select either "usbaapl.inf" or "usbaapl64.inf", depending on whether your computer is 32- or 64-bit respectively.
It fixed the problem for me and my phone appeared in ITumes almost immediately.
