Accessibility Comments

If I had to guess, it would appear as though specific work was done in the area of VoiceOver accessibility for this app. All buttons and other elements appear to be clearly labeled, and VoiceOver reads the current conditions and daily forecasts very well. The hourly forecast graphs are obviously not accessible, but I'm not really sure how they could be made so.

VoiceOver Performance

VoiceOver reads all page elements.

Button Labeling

All buttons are clearly labeled.

Usability

The app is fully accessible with VoiceOver and is easy to navigate and use.

Other Comments

I really like this app, because it gets its data directly from NOAA/NWS and Environment Canada, depending on your location.

Hello,
Does this weather app give push notifications for weather alerts like watches, or warning for severe weather? Also is it location based? Meaning will it give me severe weather alerts where ever I'm at with my iPhone? Thank you.

No, there is no push notification for this app. Dark sky would be the best for that.

For me, this app no longer works well. Voice Over skips whole sections of the forecast section. It lists the highs and lows incorrectly.

does this app only have data listings for canada and the USA? or can it be used in Australia?
Thanks

Hi Nlambert,

Unfortunately, Weather Office only has forecasts for the U.S. and Canada.
