Opinion Is Google Docs more accessible on iOS or Wi₦ndows?

Hi, I am in middle school and everyone is using Google docs now. I am using iOS and windows. Which is more accessible, iOS or Windows? Can someone give me a list of commands so I could start to learn on windows. I really appreciate The AppleVis community's opinions on this topic. Thanks!
