macOS and Mac Apps

Hi,

Dropbox is not exactly friendly for the visually impaired.

(1) How can Dropbox be made more accessible when using a Mac computer?
(2) Is Dropbox doing anything to make the product more accessible? Who is in charge of accessibility at Dropbox?

Best,
Richard

Actually dropbox accessibility is fine. All you need to do is option pus click the icon in the menu bar and you get options like quit pause etc. To share an item go to yur dropbox folder from the finder, v shift m and go to share dropbox link.

Richard,

Without any details, I'll take a stab at solving your problem. Installing Dropbox is not simply copying the app to your applications folder. Once the app is in your applications folder, you must open the app and follow the setup process. The setup process will include supplying your Dropbox user name and password. At the end of the setup process, the Dropbox folder will be in your home folder; additionally, you'll be able to access Dropbox from the status menus.

If this doesn't help, let us know.
