I am wondering if anyone has encountered these bugs with IOS9. I just upgraded to the latest IOS version on my iPhone 5S. When I type text input into a text message, if I begin to type at a normal rate, voice over will not read any of the letters that I am inputting. If I type very slowly, the letters will be read back to me. If I go and change the settings in software key boards to letters and words, it will read every letter I type twice. Also with the messaging app swiping onto the messages icon, voice over will not read if there are any unread messages. Not reading the unread messages can be worked around. The typing issue not reading back letters is frustrating, because without any text output it is impossible to know what I have written without swiping back over it to review what has been written.
I was wondering if anyone has encountered these bugs since they have upgraded? Also, if anyone knows how to report these findings to Apple I would greatly appreciate it.

I had the same problem when I
I had the same problem when I updated to ios9, with a few differences. The first message I wrote, I could hear all letters etc that I had typed. The second, I could not, just like you described above. Then, lastly, my iphone stopped responding to typing at all. Neither on-screen-keyboard or bluetooth keyboard worked anymore. I either had to restart VO OR the phone to be able to type again, and that didn't always work either.
I quickly took the opportunity to put iOS8.4.1 back on my phone, since that was still possible, and have not dared to upgrade since. I don't know when I'll take the step and upgrade again. I had too many problems when upgrading from ios7 to ios8 to want to face the same mess again going from 8 to 9.
I'm glad to know that I'm not
I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one experiencing the bug. How were you able to down grade back to IOS 8.4? If I could do that it would solve all my typing issues.
my experience with this issue and downgrading
Hello,
Unfortunately, you can no longer downgrade to iOS 8.4.1. I have also experienced this issue on iOS 9 with my iPhone 6 Plus, however, it may be a little bit different for me. I only experience the issue when tapping on a notification for messages, Twitter, Messenger, etc., and replying in the app itself after double tapping on the notification. A work-around that seems to work for me, at least in the messages app is going back to the list of messages and double tapping on the message you wish to reply to again.
