Voice Memos is a basic voice recording app that is already installed in iOS devices by default. If your iPad is set to Spanish look for notas de voz and you should be able to find it. I hope this helps

I'm Marco and I do speak both Languages but I couldn't write all the comment in Spanish
but let me start saying that Voice Memos is not install on your iPad
the iPad models is the only iOS devices who not include the voice recording or memos by default you have to stall third party apps on it.
sorry guys for let telling Sergio who Voice Memos is installed on the device the iPad models there not include it only for iPhone and iPods by default.

The app you're looking for is called voice memmos. Try asking siri to open voice memmos and see if that solves your issue.
