I just installed ios 9.0 and My iPhone keeps speaking Different languages How do I stop this and get my Iphone to speak English thank you all very much for any help.

Are you talking about the setup screen? If so that is normal, tap around until you here slide to setup and you can doubletap that and go through the prompts
