Basic Sports Scores App

I am looking for an accessible sports scores app. What I want is:

1) to be able to receive live sports scores (whenever they change) for (particularly NFL) teams of my chosing

2) to get notifications on my lock screen whenever these scores come in

What app(s) would you recommend?

Sports Alerts is fantastic with VoiceOver you can search for it on here, free, I do not use the notifications as I get a billion notifications for sports already but they do offer them but you might have to pay for notifications. Great app.
