Issue with FitBit app using VoiceOver.

I am using the FitBit Zip, the FitBit app and an iPhone 5 with the latest update of 8.4. Last evening, I realized that I couldn't find my battery status on the dashboard of the app. So I signed out of the app and was wondering how I can sign in again without starting over with setup or with a new account. The process doesn't seem too accessible with VoiceOver, because it doesn't seem to take my email address and password correctly. Also, if I finally get signed in again, how can I find out my battery status? Thanks for any help.

I've got a fitbit charge HR and am noticing the same battery issue. What I do is use the bluetooth dongle that came with the device to connect my fitbit to the computer, then I go onto the fitbit dashboard and go into the settings icon and device settings. there you'll see the battery status as high, medium, low, or very low. You'll also need to get the fitbit connect application on your computer to do this. The fitbit dashboard is usable by VO on aa mac, but it isn't 100%. I can mainly do what I need it to do though.

What I did was go to the page in Safari where it does show the battery level of my charge HR then double tapped on the share button at the bottom of the screen And double tapped on save to home screen
Now to check the battery I just go to the icon on my home screen Open it up and there I have the battery stat near the bottom of the screen and Safari
The current fit bit app on iOS automatically sends the data to the site whenever it sinks
So no use for that dongle anymore
