Apps for Organizing My Life

What apps are people using to keep track of appointments and to-dos? I am now using the build-in calendar apps, but I want to have the option of using others. I'm not looking for ultracomplex apps like Omni Fucis, but I just want a good app that can help me keep track of appointments and reminders. What apps are people using, and which ones are the best with Voiceover? Thanks.

I use gTasks to keep track of my tasks. gTasks is a free app. You can have gTasks notify you when its time to do a task. Another app I use is Alarmed by Yoctoville. Alarmed is a reminder app and the app has a timer

Hi Tina,

Sorry, not very ambitious of me but For my needs, I have found the built in Apps work well.

Calendar, Reminders, Timer, etc all have the functionality that i require. Plus, I find the clever way that they synchronyze between my Apple Watch, iPhone and Mac amazing.

I'm still impressed when a SIRI activated location reminder pops up. I'm equally amazed when a random reminder dictated into my Watch at the beach appears on my Mac at home. Same for the Calendar App. It has enough ability to create, share and respond to appointments for my needs.

Hello Tina,

I use both of these apps on my Mac and iPhone.
Fantastical is far more expensive on the mac but it keeps up with my reminders and calendar.
The built-in apps serve as a backup.
I use wanderlust which is free from Microsoft to manage projects.
