I was able to use this app when I installed it but it took some guess work. My suggestion would be to swipe left and right and not to explore the screen to try to find controls. I was able to get signed in with my Twitter username and password and start watching a video. Once you have signed in the tabs at the bottom of the screen will be completely unlabeled and simply read as "tab one of four". It's not a problem to figure out what each one is just by clicking on the tab and exploring the screen that results. I think this app is usable as long as you don't mind clicking on unlabeled controls to investigate and you don't assume you can touch every control that you can find doing a left/right swipe.

Hope this helps.

Like mentioned above, it's doable, also if you start a broadcast wich I think is the third tab you will have issues finding the stop button, the best way to find it is 3 finger swipe down and then look at the top left hand corner and it should say something like stop broadcast. Despite the accessible flaws I can use it successfully.
