VoiceOver gesture practice

I am training several blind people to use iOS devices. It's a little frustrating that getting to the voiceover gesture practice requires voiceover skills to navigate through the settings app. Does anyone know a quick way of getting to the voiceover practice with in the settings app and perhaps giving access to it directly from the home screen?

You can use the four finger double tap on the home screen. It opens up the help practice. You repeat the jesture to close it.

Thanks very much for that. Yes, that's just what I wanted. I guess the only problem is some people are going to find a fourth finger double tap just a little hard.

Hello,

Do you also use Voice Over Tutorial? I use this app often when trying to teach folks how to use VO for the first time.

Thanks for the four finger double tap, I learned something new again.

HTH and good luck.

Thanks, David s, no I don't use it. In fact I'm not sure where to find it. It's a good day for learning new stuff! Please advise.

Hello,

At the app store, search for voice over tutorial. It’s made by the same folks at money reader and best of all, it’s free.

HTH and good luck.

A quick way to get to the Voice Over Practice is to four finger double-tap. To stop Voice Over practice, perform a four finger double tap.
