Hello, I have some questions concerning adding a new card as a payment method.
Seconds after activation my card was charged with the amount 1,98 eur. Please give me an advice as I did not purchase anything at the moment of changing my payment method. The position on my card is itunes/bill itunes.com lux.Will the amount of 1,98 eur be back on my account as I have not ordered anything. Can I get it back, and how?

They'll authorise a small fee to test the card, and then immediately cancel it. Check your purchase history to confirm.

Hello, i would like to let yu know that the charged amounts if we are adding or changing the credit cards are not being returned in India. But they charge nearly 2 american dollars here. I have tested that a few times. And so far I didn't get any of my debitted amount back.
