I will try to explain this to the best of my ability. The problems in which I encountered with the app seem to happen at the initial set up and the first order. With the set up, while inputting my credit card information and hitting save I got an error message that said invalid or something to that effect. But when I spoke with someone from tech-support they informed me that all my information was correct. Since there have been no updates I doubt that this is fixed. But the app developers are aware of it for your first order the six dollar delivery fee is waived you do this by inputting a code. However, when I tried to do this I got the same invalid error message. Again I spoke with tech-support and again they were super helpful. As I said before once that was fixed on tech-supports end of course I did not have that problem again in placing an order because I was helping them with the issues in the app they had given me another free delivery which I was not able to input with the code. However, a call to tech-support would definitely rectify the situation. Over all, the app is easy to use with a few workarounds. Tech-support is quite helpful as this app just came to my city. This app is not in all cities. If you look at the app description it should give you a list of the cities and which cities are coming soon. On another note if you hit the dots button which is also the menu button and you try to go through the list of things like breakfast lunch and dinner the app tends to freeze sometimes The app also has menus that go along with their featured items. However the menus did not seem to be accessible. Four instance, they will show the deluxe meal for Chick-fil-A and list the price. However, there is also a menu for Chick-fil-A that I cannot seem to access. Tech-support is also aware of this. So basically what I do is if I don't want anything from the featured items. I just hit the order anything button and place my specific order from which ever restaurant I choose.
