Does anyone have some experience in using Atlasssian Jira for issue tracking and Crucible (or fisheye) for code review? I am trying to use them on Safari with VoiceOver. I can read the content on these pages in most cases, but it make use of deep levels of frame, table, and groups, so it is not very productive to find some content buried in the leaf of deep tree structure. Also, I can't read review comments from other reviewers attached to some lines of code. If anyone has experience in using these web applications for issue tracking or code review, and share your tips regarding how to use them, I will appreciate it.

For using Fisheye code review web application, I have found a way to navigate to the next comment. First, press n to focus on the next review comment and press g to look for image which will find the picture of the person who made the comment. This makes VoiceOver focus on a group containing a comment and associated action buttons such as reply. If you want to find out which line of the code this comment is attached to, you should first stop interact with the group, and press left arrow key to find the code first and then left arrow key again to the line number. It may not work in the same way as mine when you use it in our company, but at least this allows me to read code review comments.
