Hello,
I am having serious issues with the Braille Screen Input and VoiceOver. Every time I turn the rotor to the the Braille Screen Input setting, VoiceOver crashes, and there is no possible way for me to use it at all. Because I use this all the time, any help with fixing this will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Restart?
I know this is basic, but have you restarted the device? Toggled VoiceOver off and back on? Removed BSI from the rotor and added it? I realize you may have done these already, but it never hurts to rule out the simple fixes before trying to come up with more complex ones. :)
kno problem @ all
kno problem @ all on my iPad mini...
Basics Have Been Done
I have done both of those things severatimes and cannot get VoiceOver to stop crashing. I'm also having no other problems on any other device, it is only my iPhone 6.
What version of the OS are
What version of the OS are you using?
Did you do something you can thinjk of before the prioblem started to arise?
If nothing else, may be some setting has been broken. If so I guess you should make a restore.
get support
You should call or email Apple, they might know of a way to get it working or might want to get some logs from you. Number for AppleCare is 1-877-204-3930 or email accessibility@apple.com
iOS
I have the latest update, iOS 8.3. I have had the same version since it came out in April and it has worked fine until now. If no one has had this problem I am definitely going to get support from Apple. I have never seen anything like this before.

I haven't had the problem, but...
Since the feature was added back in September, there have been a few isolated reports of the very issue you are describing. I have seen them posted here and elsewhere. Unfortunately, I have no idea what you can do to resolve the issue, short of a full reset of the device, which I wouldn't recommend.
Settings reset?
A complete reset of the device may not be necessary, but the previous post brings up a good point. You can try doing a settings reset, which does what it says on the box: resets all your settings. This includes VoiceOver/triple click home, time format, notification settings, location sharing, and more. It's a bit of a pain to put everything back how you had it, but it may clear up your BSI problem.
To do this, open Settings, then go to General. From there, go to Reset, which is near the bottom, and double tap "Reset All Settings". You will be prompted to confirm the action, then to enter your passcode, before the reset happens. The phone will reboot, and VoiceOver may or may not come back on. If it doesn't, wait for the device to boot and then hit the Home button three times. Sorry I can't offer more detail about the process, but I rarely have to do it.
You have my sympathy.
I haven't experienced this specific issue, but a couple of months ago under 8.2, my Iphone suffered an absolutely huge crash with Voiceover. It would crash at a press of the home button on the lock screen and even began vibrating when you held in the home button, in short, completely unusable. A full reset of the device was required to ultimately solve what ever happened. I took my phone to my local Apple store and they were absolutely excellent with my situation. Great knowledge of Voiceover as you'd expect and the accessibility specialist told me she'd never had anyone come in with that particular bug in her 4 years working with Apple. I'd encourage you to go into the store when you are able and I'm sure they'll be able to resolve the problem. You do have my sympathy as Braille screen input is very slick and efficient since 8.3. Good luck.
Reset Didn't Work
Thank you for your help but the Reset didn't work. I contacted Apple on Wednesday, and I have gotten no response from them yet. We may have a bit of a problem if I have to go into an Apple Store, because we don't have one. Thank you all for your help.
