Hi!

I'm pretty new to my iPhone 5.

Siri can help me right and send new email messages. Can she help me send replys? If so how?

Also would love to know how to use Dictation to wright emails instead of using the tuch keybord. Been having trouble finding Dictation is it the microphone button?

Thanks for your help!

If you navigate to and open an email, you should be able to activate Siri and say, "Reply." They will then say, "What would you like the email to say," at which point you would then speak the contents of your reply. They will then confirm and give you the option to send it, to which you can simply reply, "Yes." There may be an easier way to do this, but this is the way I found. Also, the dictate button is immediately to the left of the space bar.

There are two ways to use the dictation function using VoiceOver.

First, the edit field in which you want to enter text has to be activated. This is done by using a single finger double tap.

then either:

1. Double tap the dictation button in the bottom left of the keyboard to start dictation. when done, double tap this button again.
or,

2. Do a two finger double tap anyplace on the screen to start dictation. When you are done dictating, do the two finger double tap again to end dictation.

I almost always use the second method since you don't have to hunt for the dictation key.

Thhhhe second method may not work in applications such as whatsapp and some others.
What I do is find the dictate button ** iit does have a mic as its visual representation ** double tap it get the two beeps dictate and then double tap with two fingers anywere on screen to stop the process.
