Controlling Voiceover And The IOS Pages App From A Wireless Bluetooth Keyboard

I have a bluetooth wireless keyboard paired to my iPhone 4s, running Voiceover. Can I control Voiceover functionality, for example, volume and rotor fuctions, from the keyboard and, if so, are there a set of keyboard shortcuts? Additionally, when using the Pages app with the keyboard, is there a keyboard shortcut to advance to the next page, or back to the previous page? Again, would I be able to control the rotor, for reading characters, words and lines from the keyboard and, if so, how might I do this? Many Thanks.

There was a guide posted on this last fall I believe here on the AppleVis site.
