At this point, we feel that the Campaign of the Month is no longer a productive advocacy strategy.
Over the last year or so, we've seen a shift in the opinions of our community in regards to best practices for advocating to developers. In particular, things like app accessibility petitions have been met with an increasing number of very negative responses in recent discussions where such ideas are proposed.
Given that an increasing number of the comments received on such petition efforts are negative, we feel that actively setting up a method for users to mass-email developers (similar to a petition) is no longer the best way for AppleVis, as an organization, to advocate for increased accessibility.

No Longer a Productive Advocacy Strategy
Hello Jim,
At this point, we feel that the Campaign of the Month is no longer a productive advocacy strategy.

We do have a draft template which you can use when contacting developers, and we of course welcome users to start campaigns of their own if they so desire.
