Hello
I just got the Noatikl 2 app, and bought the bismarck sound player. I also listened to both of the Noatikl podcasts. One question remains. Does anyone know how to know, before you add a sound, what it is going to change to? I click on the add button and flick through my templates, and they sound like the old regular noatikl NME templates. But then I click add on a sound, and it changes. Sometimes that surprise is pleasant, sometimes horrible. Once I got a weird bass guitar combined with what sounded like an off key pad. I'm loving this new library, but I'd like to know if it is possible to remove the element of surprise. Also, if there is no way, let me know.
Thanks.

I really don't know away!
I really don't know of a way to do this, but I can contact Tim and ask him to incorporate this. In my opinion, it's long overdue. However, one thing you can do is use the sound font player built intointo noatikl. The only reason that I don't use its sound fun player is that it's not in stereo, and some sound fonts like the drum sound better in stereo.
experimentation
Thanks for your advice. I'll experiment around and play with it. I am beginning to get better with changing the patch all the time, and I know bismarck's instruments better so I can change them, so I might or might not play around with the sound font player to see if I like it better. I guess it's a matter of experimenting and making and deleting pieces. Thanks.
