I have the Pandora app running on my iPhone 6 with iOS 8.1.3.
In the stations dialog I can flick to the "Shuffle Options" button near the top of the screen.
However when I double tap on this button it brings me to the playing album/track. In the past I was brought to a dialog where I could add stations to my shuffle list, check and uncheck stations to be included in my shuffle list, etc.
I can't seem to do this any more.
Does anyone have any hints for accessing the Shuffle Options using VoiceOver?

The shuffle options button works fine on my iPad, as long as Shuffle is currently the active station being played. However, the interface for the iPhone was changed with the last Pandora update, whereas the iPad interface has not changed yet.
From what I've read, the shuffle options button is not on screen until the user swipes the shuffle station from right to left. So, while VoiceOver is focused on the shuffle station, double-tap and hold, then swipe left when you hear the three rising tones. Now try to access the shuffle options screen.
I do not have an iPhone or iPod Touch, so I cannot test this out. Everything I have heard suggests that the current version of Pandora is not fully in sync with the app's VoiceOver support, which is what I was afraid of when I first learned that they were making significant changes to the user interface. When I contacted Pandora about accessibility issues in the past, they were pretty good at addressing them, but it took a while for the changes to make their way into an update. Therefore, I would suggest contacting Pandora about any issues you encounter with the app, then wait patiently for the app to be updated.
Shuffle Options button still does not work on iPhone
Thanks for your recommendation on how to get to the shuffle options. Unfortunately, this did not work on my iPhone 6 running the latest version of the app.
As you suggested, I wrote to their support team describing the problem when using voiceOver. We'll see what happens.
In the previous version of the app I was able to double tap the Shuffle Options button to bring up a dialog in which I could select which stations to add to my shuffle. although double tapping that button was not 100% reliable, it could be done with persistence. Now when I double tap that button I am brought to another dialog, but not one that gives me any of the usual shuffle options.
