Any new iPhone will come with iOS 8. If you specifically want iOS 7, your only option would be to find a pre-owned 5s or older which hasn’t been updated yet.

sorry If I am not clear, actually I want to ask for suggestion, on which combination would be good, I know that If I bbuy IPhone 6 it would be prebuild with iOS8, but I could downgrade if I wantted too. so, which is the bestcombination?

It all comes down to what will you do with the phone? If it's just sending email, texting, maybe Facebook, the six should work well. If you like shooting video, taking photos, though bigger,t he six plus will have a better camera. I don't understand your wanting to downgrade, and I'm not sure that would be possible unless you jail broke the phone after you get it. Since I don't know about jail breaking, i'llleave that to someone who does know more then I do. Keep in mind the ipHone six plus is almost as large as an iPad mini if you've held oneof those, so it might feel tolarge against your face. I know in testing my brother's just to see, it elt to huge. But I'll get used to it whenever I upgrade.

Hi! If yu buy an iPhone 6 or 6 Plus, you will not be able to downgrade to IOS 7 as far as I know, so, if you're so worried about IOS 8's bugs that you don't want it, you'd be better getting a used iPhone which still has IOS 7 on it. However, having used IOS 8 for three months now on my iPhone 6, I can say that the bugs are far less scary than you might have been led to believe, and IOS 8 improves with every update anyway. There's no such thing as a perfect operating system, so in the end it's your decision which iPhone you buy, but I just wanted you to know that IOS 8 works well on the newest iPhones. I have personally never run IOS 8 on any iPhone older than a 6, so I can't comment on how ell it'll run on the 5 or 5S.

Hi
Well starting for the most simple to your question.
iPhone 6 or 6 plus
unfortunally all iPhone 6 models come bilt with iOS 8
iPhone 5S
You could find some iPhone 5S models bilt with iOS 7 yet but could take a risk why because all devices not matter which modle will come with the most recent iOS version running.
I said you could find yet cause if you find some device are still on those retailers since last year when apple still was running iOS7
so What iPhone is better to you?
well it is hard to answer cause all depend what kind of use and what are your specific necesseries.
and to be honest talking about iOS 8 include some voiceOver bugs specially on safari and braille but I can say the mayor issue is using safari
and always is recomend to buy the later model because has more features and the updates version will be longer and acctually all iOS version has notables issues iOS 7 has as well.some tips:
If you want faster device, longer battery life, bigger display go for the iPhone 6 or 6 plus
however if you are looking for some less espensive device, smaller display, sacrificing but not to bad battery life go for iPhone 5S
iOS8 is going to run on the same way on both models same issues but just some features using the iPhone 6

hi,
thanks for the explanation, now I am using my pc for fb, twitter, listening to podcasts and songs, radios, book reading, heavy web browsing and gaming, and my plan when I reach iOS is to try and try new apps. so, which OS is the best for this heavy usage?

Although it is possible to downgrade to an older version of iOS, doing so after Apple has stopped ‘signing’ the older version is not straightforward. Generally, Apple stops signing a version of iOS within days of the newer version being released. In the case of iOS 7, that particular window has long since slammed shut.

So, you should only factor iOS 7 into your decision making if you are fully aware of what would be involved.

You have plans to run:
Facebook
Twitter
Web browser
Listen podcast
Listen books
Etcetera
All those apps works amazing on the iPhone even better to the PC. As I said on the previous posts the only serious back to Run on ios 8 is Safari web browser
Facebook is very easy and accessible of use, talking about some voiceOver issues eash app developer come with new versions in short time to fix it.
Twitter is accessible and also if don't like some specific app you can download third-party apps so whatever
audio media formats
Music, books, radio stations, podcast and more. You can listen this even using some earphones whatever you go
Normally the ios version works good but the app developer from specific app ass Twitter Facebook they are doing amazing job to improve some futures

Hi. I think the best option would be for you to get an iPhone 6, with the latest iOS version, that being 8.1.2 on it. If you buy an older phone you are taking a risk of it not being fully supported by apple, should something break. I've used an iPhone 6 with iOS 8 on it since early November and I haven't had a single issue. I use it for everything including gaming, Facebook and twitter and a tiny bit of web browsing when it's necessary to, and I haven't had a single problem that's been a show stopper. I think you will be just fine.

Safari?
Unfortunately Safari to iOS 8 has some serious issues
Whenever go to previous page not matter how, hitting the back button or doing voiceOver gestures it crash...
As I know it will be your first iOS device.
BoiceOver crash means it will stop talking for a while.
It cool take up to several minutes to VoiceOver back to you
But there some tips on the forum to workaround this issue,
Turning voiceover off to then turning on or closing the app using app switcher
However I heard others voiceOver users that using third-party apps as default web browser the issue isn't presented on it.

From all I've seen, Chrome is a good alternative to Safari and doesn't exhibit some of the same behavior. So if you do any web browsing, you might want to give that a shot.

But Apple product of course it was totally work for you for sure.
Even though internet browseing sometimes it was face some bug but still have some way to work with them though.

Hello,

For you, I would recommend an iPhone 6 plus and here’s why..
If you plan to use the phone often, the bigger battery will provide longer use per charge.
For gaming, you get a faster processor and better video.
If you can see the screen, you will have a larger viewing area. If you cannot see the screen, you will have a larger area to tap without scrolling.
Eventually, you will need to update the IOS as apps get updated. So worrying about the minor IOS 8 bugs should not be a big deal since updates are still being worked on.
You can always use alternative browsers like others said until Safari is fixed.
The only way to get IOS 7 is on used’older devices and IOS update support for them will last another year or so.

HTH and good luck.
