Accessibility Comments

This appears to be fully usable with VoiceOver. The button labelling on the Now Playing screen could be a little clearer, but it's still relatively easy to figure out what everythign does. Other than this minor issue, everything else appears to work fine.

VoiceOver Performance

VoiceOver reads all page elements.

Button Labeling

Most buttons are clearly labeled.

Usability

There are some minor accessibility issues with this app, but they are easy to deal with.

At time of writing, LouderLogic is now up to version 1.5.1. When you run the app, as far as VoiceOver is concerned it brings up a blank screen. I asume this is some kind of ad either for the paid version of the app or some other kind of advertisement. The only way I've found to get past this is to unload VO, and randomly tap around on the screen. That screen disappears, leaving you with another ad or possibly the same one with a go back button at the top left. When pressed, the app then works as described. I presume this has been introduced since V 1.3.1 because this wasn't mentioned in the entry. Just something to be aware of. I tested the app on an iPhone 4s running iOS 5.1.1.
It's not hard to get around, but I'll contact the developer about it if I can find contact information for them. This shouldn't be too hard. Wow! My second time contacting a dev! :D The Notesy app dev was fantastic at working with me on accessibility issues and something that I thought was an accessibility issue; turns out it was an issue with text files in general--the fact that there's no new paragraph markers or whatever, like there are in rtf files. Anyhow, he mentioned me on his blog--it was so cool! Getting back on topic, however, I hope this dev is just as reseptive! I'm betting they will be--it wouldn't be hard to fix, I beloeve. Shersey
