word processing apps

Hi, i wonder if anyone knows of any word processing apps that are accessible with vo? I am ideally looking for an app where you can create and edit documents, in the same way you can with ms word for instance. I am also looking for an app that would allow me to semd these documents as attachments to people. Many thanks in advance for your help!

I'm not too familiar with many Word processing apps, but you could try Pages. Unlike Microsoft Word, however, I heard that the tables in the OS and probably the IOS versions aren't completely accessible with VoiceOver. Perhaps others here will comment further on different word processors or address such issues, but before proceeding, I'd research the app's functionality with VoiceOver first. I believe that it isn't free, therefore it's best to acquire some information about it without spending an amount of money that won't be to your benefit. Regrettably, I'm unsure about the possibility of sending attachments, if your question is relative to the IOS platform. Anyway, I hope you find an app that suits you. Good luck.

I use pages, and it works for me. You can send email attachments in 3 formats: Pages, MS Word, and PDF.

Have you been able to use the Find function in Pages? I am using Pages to do public address announcing for local baseball, and it would be nice to have a workable find function. Otherwise, it works well for me.
