How to get VO to stop reading the font when it's reading text?

Hi everyone.
I was wondering how to get VoiceOver to stop reading the font and color when reading text? For example, it will say bold, 16 point helvetica newi. It's really annoying. Last weekend, I was changing the verbosity settings, and I think I changed something. Does anyone else know how to fix this?
Thank you for your help.

As the subject says, press vo-v to enter the verbosity settings (you can get there in the VoiceOver Utility, but this is far easier). Right or left arrow until you hear "text attributes", then up or down arrow until you hear VO say "nothing". Now enter to close the dialog and you should be all set.

Hi. Thank you for your comment. I tried that and when I type it didn't say anything. What I mean is when I'm typing or reading content, it will say the font color and the size. Do you know how to change this? Thank you.

Hi. I got it to work. I looked at another post. I have a question, when I type (happens sometimes) it says "new line". I'm guessing this is a bug?
