Hi all

has anyone come across this ap which turns your i phone keyboard to a traditional T9 keyboard
link below
https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/type-nine/id926008509?mt=8

Would anyone happen to know if its accessible with voice over and if so how well does it work.

looks a interesting one from its description.
For me who loved nokias and the ease and speed of typing i used to have when texting this could be handy but not sure if its usable or not.

Hi. Developer of Type Nine here.
I'm currently working to improve accessibility for the next version, which i hope to have out within a week. I would love to have help testing before release, so if anyone wants to help, just send me your AppleId email address. Then i can invite you to the test version.

Hi, I would be glad to help test the keyboard. What is an email address you can be reached at?

Hi all, I definitely miss t9 on my Nokia N86. I just switched to an iPhone 6. I love the phone, but hate qwerty typing lol. I tried type9, but it's not as fast as I would hope. I have to double tap each key as touch typing doesn't work like usual. A major bug is that once I am in the type9 keyboard I cannot change the keyboard. Voice over doesn't see that button I believe. The Key pad shoes up fine, but nothing else. I do not see a delete button either. I will email the developer as I am glad to help improve the app if I can. Again, I would love to have good t9 access like I did on my old Nokia.
