Hi all,

I was installing the uber app on to my iPhone 5 running IOS 8.1. The app downloaded but the download was interrupted. I uninstalled the app and am unable to get it back on to the phone. I have checked in iTunes and I cannot find anything. I have downloaded the app again after deleting it from the iTunes library. No go.
I have synchronized the iPhone with my computer but the app is not copied back to the iPhone.

iTunes version=12.0.1.26

Hi, fortunally there couple ways how could you bring back or recover the app to your device
but first let me star saying that if the app is not saved on your iTunes Library you couldn't sync or transfer it using iTunes Why? because the app is not any more in iTunes Library, before to Sync your iOS device with iTunes make sure that the specific app is saved there if it's not saved needs to be downloaded or Transferred into iTunes Library.
The couple options before to look into iTunes library using the iPhone by itself are:
^ open appStore
Select on the buttom Updates
hit on Purchased
and look for the app from the list of
hit on download
and immediately will star it.
That I saw this app is not to big to download just are 27 Mb
if your iPhone 5 has enable to get LTE will be fast or even the 3G speed it doesn't take to long
however if your device has connected to the WiFi you shouldn't have problems not matter what iOS version is running on it.
okay and also right below is the link from the app Store
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/uber/id368677368?mt=8&uo=8&at=11l4LS
Using iTunes Sync process
in cace if the app is saved in your iTunes Library
^ open iTunes
^ plug the lighting USB cord
^ select iPhone
^ from summery options
^ slect apps
^ from the apps treeview
^ select or checkbox Uver
^lasly look for the button apply or Sync I'm not sure how is going to be show it.

Marko,
I went to the iPhone summary screen. From there, I went to apps and then to a list box of apps in my library. I found and highlighted Uber and then tabbed across the interface. I am unable to find an "add to sync" button or / checkbox or anything else that relates to synchronization.
