I truely hope that this will work with VO, because, to be quite truthful, this tweak sounds awesome!
If it won't work, I'll be in touch with the developers of this tweak and see if I can help them figure out the VO usability.
It could work
The app head part shouldn't be very difficult to figure out if chat heads of Facebook messenger on android are anything to go by, they're recognized and can be moved around after a double-tap and hold. Running multiple apps at once should also work though I'm not sure how confused VoiceOver will be about 2 interfaces going at once (IE I can see the possibility of problems with flicking)
