Transfer files via iTunes for the iPhone

hello guys!
I can not transfer files to my iPhone via iTunes.
I add the file to the application, it appears in the list of documents, but it does not transfer.
What can it be?
My windows is 64-bit 8.1, iTunes 12.0.1 and the iPhone is the 5c with iOS 8.1

hello guys! I had already put the same files for the keynote. Would if I reinstall iTunes and put again solves the problem?
