I m using Iphone 5s with IOS 8.1 installed
after updating ios I m unable to open mail atachment such as pdf, doc etc on my difalt mail app
is there any 3rd party app will require to download and view atatchment?
Why does my whatsapp app is crashing very friqvently?
Can i get any talking caller id app for anouncing caller name while ringing?
My safari brouser is also giving problem in opening popup box or combo box for content salection, any solution?
And last suggest me best accessible file explorar app to organise data?

You may need to manually locate the attachment as there is a focus issue with VoiceOver in that it does not really focus when navigating using swipe gestures

Im having no issues here.
Im having no issues here. Remember that you have to tap the button twic, once after it downloads, then once to open the attachment. As for exploring yoru icloud drive there currently is no way to do that as icloud explorer was pulled from the app store.
Mostly known bugs
Most of the problems that you mention are due to known bugs in iOS 8.1.
The mail attachments and Safari problems are caused by a bug where the content of the page doesn’t automatically scroll to follow the movement of VoiceOver focus as you swipe. So, if you swipe right enough, VoiceOver focus will actually go beyond what is being displayed on screen. At this point it may not be possible to interact with any actionable elements that VoiceOver lands on. The only workaround is to locate these by touch and then double-tap. You will need to use the 3-finger swipe up/down to move the page until the desired elements are on screen.
VoiceOver not announcing the Caller ID is another known bug.
