Hi all. If you're read the previous post, I wasn't sure how to get rid of some files. I've done so, now iwth a small problem. As I had to delete over a thousand files, I knew there'd be one or two I wanted to keep, sure enough, there were a few. Now, is there a keyboard short cut to putting the ones under my arrow key back? I saw command delete, but that didn't do anything. i appreciate any help as not sure I can get some of these back.

If the items were removed from the iTunes library, you need to use iTunes to re-import them. You can probably do this by simply pressing Command-O on each file you wish to import back into iTunes, but you might have to move the files out of the Trash before this works.

The Put Back command will most likely not work with items that were in the iTunes library, though it does work for files you move to trash in general. I have used that command before, and it generally works to move a file back to whatever folder it was in before you moved it to trash.
