Does anyone have any recommendations for reasonably accessible live streaming apps that allow you to stream audio and/or video live over the Internet? I am also looking to be able to share this live streaming audio over Twitter and/or Facebook.
I am presently using TwitCasting Live, but, IMO, the audio on it is, quite frankly, pretty crappy. I'm looking for something with at least a little better audio than this.

You will need to get ahold of an Icecast or Shoutcast server to rent out, though, but that's not hard to do if you look on the net for a reasonably priced one.
