Apologies if this bug is reported elsewhere, but those threads are huge! Is anyone else having problems with the new Mark As Read option in the rotor actions menu?
When I use this method to mark a mail as read, or indeed to mark an already read mail as unread, it at first appears to have worked, but it doesn't stick.If I exit the Mail app, the next time I go in, I see that the action has been reversed.
I assume it's not just me as it's happening on my old iPhone 5S, my new iPhone 6+ and my iPad, but thought I'd mention it on here.

A known problem
This is a known problem.
If you use either the Mark Read or Mark Unread options from the Action menu, they do not stick. So, move away from the mail folder or the Mail app itself, and the status of the message reverts back to its previous state.
This has been reported to Apple, but we know that the more reports the better (smile)

Marrie, yeah I know that method works fine as before, I was referring to the new options in the action menu of the rotor, which have been added in iOS8.
