This app is a must have for mac users that like to dig a little further into the operating system than os10 would typically permit through its own parameters. It also comes equip with a simple interface, which makes it possible to easily complete tasks such as cleaning and maintenance. It seems to be completely accessible.

The app is fully accessible with VoiceOver and is easy to navigate and use.

I'm surprised ther was not an apple vis entry on this wonderful app before. I have been using it since 2010 and did a podcast on it then when I was very new to the mac. I use it in conjunction with clean my mac2.

Just to be clear, it is Apple who does not permit access to any of these parameters rather than the operating system itself.

Whilst I am extremely far from a ‘geek’, I think it is essential to dig deep into the bowels of any operating system to fully personalise it. This fully accessible tool [armed with a very informative integrated help system] almost takes care of that and so much more. It lacks some tweaks supplemented by the Secrets preference pane but it will suffice for most users.

Hi all,

I'm considering purchasing OS Cleaner, $9.99, but I'm wondering if Onyx is still the best for what it does and is still accessible. Any comments, suggestions, recommendations? I have a 2022 Mac Studio M1 ultra running Mac Ventura.
