So, I've got iOS8 on my iPad mini with retina display, and I cannot figure out how to send an audio message. I find the record button, tap and hold to record, then lift, but all I find on the screen is a button that tells me the length of the recording, am I missing anything to send it? double tapping on this button does nothing but return me to the Messages with no indication it was sent. How will I know if the audio is sent at all?

Aoo you need to so is find the send button. This can be tricky but it normally is I believe at the bottom of the screen I believe. Flicking won't help. you need to explore by touch.
