Yes, that is correct. It was out for a few days before it was yanked from the US app store. It works for the most part. There are a few channels in the US that doesn't work but for now the server is still up and running. The next question to ask is it avaiable anywhere else outside the US?

It's gone from the UK App Store too, and I think it's fairly safe to assume that it won't be back any time soon.

If anybody reads any interesting articles about its removal, please post a link, as I'm curious to know a little more about its back-story and how it managed to get through Apple's approval system.

I bought this and found it to be excellent. Gave it a 5 star review and then it died. Sad! It would be nice to have some type of decent tv app.

Well, I think they just pooled it from everywhere. Not surprising, since I don't think what they're doing is perfectly legal... I was able to get it before it got pooled though, just because we do't have half those channels in Poland.

Dear All, I'm always on the look-out for accessible TV Apps and this one looked great. I downloaded this one on Sunday and it still works fine. It is very accessible to me as a blind user, although it does take about a minute for each channel to load properly. However, once there, I can move forward or back, switch the channel on or off and control the volume because everything works. The front page shows all channels in a list and you just need to double tap on the required channel to launch it. It's a great shame that those in the USA can't access it as you are missing out on the wonderful content that the BBC and independent TV has to offer (mostly tongue-in-cheek but I don't like Eastenders). However, the SKY channels that are provided are fairly good in places and you even get the movie channels and SKY sports 1. We have SKY at home here and I do have movies but not sport. SKY also offer an App for I devices and this App is similar. The only other App I use is TV Catch Up, which has very similar contend is accessible. You get all the BBC and Independent channels plus some of the Sky channels such as Dave, Yesterday, Film 4, Challenge and others. If you can get this in the USA and other countries, give it a try. I'm not sure how long TV English Premium will be available to watch but I hope it stays, even if they delete the Sky pay channels like movies and sport. Many thanks, Steve.
Hi, I downloaded this app and wanted to watch some of the UK channels but am unable to get them to play. I have to click on one of the US channels then click done to get to a screen where I can see what is playing on all channels. I then will click on signup for a free account but it does not change anything. When I click login I am unable to type in the fields. It asks me if I am an existing TV Catchup member to enter my login info but I am not a member. I looked online and found out that the TVCatchup service is only for UK. I really wanted to know if the UK channels broadcasted the audio description. If tey don't is there any way to get audio described shows and things via the iphone 4s? Thank you for any help, Mike
