Editing spoken text on the Siri screen

Hi, I'm using IOS7 and have have tried Siri after a few months and noticed the accuracy has improved a lot. However I have still encountered some issues. Siri displays the text you've just spoken on the screen and you can tap to edit it if it's made a mistake in understanding what you've said. However, Voiceover isn't dealing with this as a normal edit field. There's no edit option in the rota when I enter the edit field and when I delete characters, it makes the sound to signify I'm at the start when I'm not. The general accessability of the siri screen itself can be hit and miss when trying to read info its displaying on screen rather than reading it.
