Hello folks. Just downloaded Chapter 2 of the Inquisitor Audio Adventure Game, the Village, from the ITunes App Store last night. It's really intense and addictive--only a cracy Catholic like me could come up with a story line like this. I have a question for anyone else who has started the game: I'd like any hints on how to open the door to the second house by the spring (where we think the innkeeper's sister is staying). No one will answer the door and Nicholas is saying he needs something more persuasive. Any ideas would be appreciated and you can email me privately. Thanks.

Bit cryptic but talk to folks. You might find it worth it.
I love the Nicholas Eymerich character, it's especially amazing to me that he existed. You have to admire someone who can be that ruthless and crazy all at once in the name of the lord. I really should read the novels these games are using as a basis, would be interesting though hard going I suspect.
Another question.
I played the first one and got quite far. I got to the part where you see the vision of Diana in the Sky.
I liked the game, but sometimes I felt that it was just pressing buttons and then hearing scenes so not much to it.
Is this game the same way? Or is it more action based?
Thanks.
It is the same
This class of game is as you described, they are what are termed point and click adventures in the main gaming press. You either love them or hate them really but I am finding the second one to have a lot more object manipulation and puzzles to solve compared to the first.
