hi. have you tried iRecorder? haven't used it myself but from the app description it says that it is simple to use and voiceover accessible.

hi. Yeah that is the app I was talking about. I saw the description on the App Store after a friend told me about the app. I just searched iRecorder on the App Store and it came up.

I use this app on both my iPhone and iPad Mini. It's extremely accessible.

Another app I have used frequently on the iPad Mini is Rev Voice Recorder. You can read about it here:

The app is free but is primarily meant for people who would like to have their recordings transcribed professionally. I have simply ignored this aspect of the app and use it for everything else. Do give it a try.

Please try this link. I am not sure why you are unable to locate the app in the ITunes store. Perhaps it is not available in your country-specific store?
