Hi, I have a problem about the twitter app for iOS. Normally, I think the app needs to send push notifications whenever a tweet comes. But in my case, it sends a notification if a single person. And it's somehow a user called [Username]. Does anyone know why this happens, and how can I fix it?

Seems like you turned on tweet notifications for a single person.. To stop this go to their profile and navigate to the "profile actions " button and turn off tweet notifications

If You do not want any Notifications at all from Twitter, try this.
1. On Your IOS Device, open the Settings App.
2. Navigate to and Open "Notifications Center"
3. Navigate to and double tap the Twitter Button.
4. Find "Alert Style" and single finger Swipe up and down to change the alert Style. To
And You're done. There will be no Twitter Alerts at all to Your device.remove all notifications, change to "No Alert Selected"
If You are receiving unwanted notifications from one or more specific Tweeps that you follow, but still want Notifications from others, ignore the above and try this...
1. Open the Twitter App.
2. Navigate to the Me Tab.
3. Open the Following List (e those you follow)
4. Navigate to the Twitter account fom which you receive the unwanted notifications.
5. Double Tap to open their Profile.
6.On their Profile Page, double Tap on the "Profile Actions" Button.
7. From the list, select Turn Notifications Off.
You are done, and those unwanted notifications should stop.

Hi, thank you for your responces. I have solved the problem. At least now I get a notification whenever I receive a dm and whenever somebody follows me.
