With no sight using voice over can I let apple support into a Mac book pro over the internet to fix my machine? Thinking of coming over to Mac from a windows machine.

Actually tha'ts not quite how it works. Apple will give you a url to go to and yo download this applet. it then connects to someone at apple and you control the screen. They watch you do it.
