A good app for chatting on FaceBook and Google Talk

Hey guys, Does anyone have any good suggestion for an app that allows you to chat on multiple networks, such as Google Talk, and FaceBook? I used to use IM+, but it started messing up my iPod Touch. I have the 4th gen iPod. Any help would great!

There is a app called aim that allows you to connect to google talk and Facebook.

Is it just called aim? Is it in the app directory?
