Hi,
I am looking for presentations or materials on text or audio concerning various gps navigations apps for the Blind on the IPhone. There are so many aps out there and it'd be convinient to have a detailed look on these apps and understanding it's strengths and limitations.
I sure wish these GPS developers would get together and write one really awesome app instead of creating a new one every few months. maybe we should have a comparison or dualing among what I consider the top 5 apps: BlindSquare, Goodmaps Outdoors, Lazarillo, SoundScape Community, and VoiceVista. Those are listed in alphabetical order, BTW. Indigo and Seeing AI are also options worth considering.
I appreciate any pointers here.
it's really mind boggling, something that no apps are coming out with is on what datapoints they are using, many app descriptions are mere marketing and optics.

though this app is discontinued, you can still download buth full and online versions, through your purchase history. that asumes you bought the full version, or downloaded the online version of this app previously. there is a podcast on the full version, on blind-geek-zone.net. it still works, even in iOS 27!
