is it possible to give a group text a name instead of showing a list of everybody’s names and phone numbers? I need to start a group thread for my Sunday school class, and don’t want to show all the names.
some of the people on my list actually insist on using android phones. Go figure. So, I have to use the texts and there is no way to do a group name in that app. Can someone write an app for that?

You can give the group chat a name, but regarding hiding everyone’s phone numbers and usernames from everybody else in the group chat is impossible.
