Seeking a foot operated controller for use with an iPhone

I live in the UK and am a singer who regularly sings while using either guitar or piano. A lot of the time I remember words but there are occasions where I would like to have the words in an earpiece as I sing. As my hands are being used playing guitar or piano I need to get a foot controlled device that will control voice over on my iphone to go through the words line by line to my ear piece. Does anyone on the forum know of a device that would do this?

Try this. It's a page turner, but maybe it can be mapped to other functions. As a musician myself, I'm looking for the same solution. This would greatly increase my song list, as I could do somewhat unfamiliar material with lyric cues.
