Must agree with the above Comment. As of 5.1 nothing has really changed. The LIVE tab has some issues and the Alarm Clock still does not work. Other than that. Everything else works just fine. HTH

My question is, what is the point of getting Tunein Radio Pro? I mean, both the free and paid version show ad displays. Is there any difference?

you do not get ads in tunein radio pro. not anymore. the latest changes: What's New in Version 5.1 - Display ads are no longer featured in TuneIn Radio Pro - Live tiles are now available in Browse lists for Music genres - Upcoming events now display the time and date In Browse lists Improved : - We fixed bugs which were causing playback or stream errors for some listeners .

Right, is there another difference between the two tunein apps besides the advertisements?

Raul, They are mostly identical. The Pro offers two things you don't get in the FREE version. The first is that you don't have the ADS in the PRO version. Plus, you have the ability to RECORD things in the PRO version. You can PAUSE and REWIND as well with the PRO version. Other than those two things. The rest are in both version. Lastly, you are paying for their work in making it accessible for us. Although, they have drop the ball in hearing us out on most items. Unfortunetly, they have lost their place in the AppleVis Hall of Fame some time ago. However, I will admit it is still a very good app to have. HTH

Thanks very much mouse, I think I will stay with the free version since I don't need to record radio shows or anything like that.
