I'll have to try this out. I do enjoy puzzles. Sometimes I can find them overwhelming though.

All i get is some buttons when starting a puzzel, like undo and things like that, nothing to do with bridges.

Hey! Yeah, the gameplay itself is fully accessible.
When starting a level you need to explore the board with one finger and find the islands. Voiceover will say something like: island 2, needs 2 bridges. let's say that this island is located in row 1 column 5. so the other island for you to build the bridges will either be located in the first row as well, or in the fifth column. now let's say that you found another island that requires 2 bridges in row 4 column 5. since you can build up to two bridges per connected island, if you wanted to build the two bridges here you just double tap the island in row 1 column 5, then double tap the one in row 4 column 5. now Voiceover will tell you that the islands still need one more bridge, however when exploring the path from row 1 column 5 to row 4 column 5 you will find the bridges that you just built. to build the second one just follow the same instructions.
Hope you can figure it out now.
Have fun!

This game is cool. I also can get overwhelmed with certain puzzles but I don't find this one too complicated.

So I download the game in the link, it doens't have sounds, and placing bridges is so confusing. I hear ireland one button needs 2 bridges for example, then flick to the right and it says empty empty, i can't tap on that, then i keep flicking to the right and hear ireland 2 and tap on that but still don't know what's going on. sometimes i get it correct but without sounds this game is very boring to me.

I do agree that I wish this game had more sounds, and maybe some background music. To build a bridge you have to tap on the two islands you want to build the bridge between, and those empty squares will now say bridge. hth

I hope there are settings for no music, as I find music an interferrence. This sounds like a good game, which I will try. Someone mentioned that there is another game with the same name in an app store listing. I tend to not use links. I'll have to see which is the right game, although I'm going to look, that's for sure. Can't wait for the update sometime next week.

So don't worry about that. I'd use the link here if i were you, the other one is not accessible, it's the same game though, as far as Ican tel, one is just more accessible.

I wish there was an option to have the row and column number spoken after the status of the square, some of the achievements are time-based and I think this would help to complete the puzzles quicker.

There are 2 games with the same name in a search. However, you can tell which is the game we're looking for by looking at the reviews. One game has reviews from as far back as 2 or 3 years ago. Obviously, that's not the right one. HTH.

The instructions say that there are either 1 or 2 bridges, yet I find that in row 2, column 5, it says that there are 4 bridges. I have found 3. It also says that bridges are horrizontal or vertical. I have looked in all 4 directions. I do not find a fourth bridge. This is a fun game.

You can connect the same 2 islands with either 1 or 2 bridges. Hth

I'm really getting the hang of the game, and have completed 5 easy puzzles plus the daily challenge.

I'm not sure how to feel about the change to the way VoiceOver reads the board in the latest update. On one hand, it's nice not to have to swipe through empty squares. However, I miss being able to use vertical navigation to swipe in all 4 directions.
