Hello everyone,
I’ve installed Plaud AI and connected it with a Plaud NotePin S. The recordings themselves work very well, but unfortunately both the iPhone app and the Mac app are quite poor in terms of accessibility.
Does anyone know of a more accessible alternative that follows a similar concept? I’m looking for something with an external clip-on microphone, automatic transfer of the recordings to the iPhone, and AI features within the app.
I’ve already tried VoiceNotes. The app itself works well, but it doesn’t support an external clip-on microphone like Plaud does.
I also tested the app on the Apple Watch, but unfortunately it crashed after recording and the audio was lost. That made me lose trust in using it on the watch.
Thanks a lot for any suggestions,
Best regards,
Jürgen

Claude is in fact accessible
Hi,
I use Claude on my iPhone without issue.
I'd be curious to know what makes say that it's inaccessible?
Plaud not Claude
Please check the spelling. It's not Claude but Plaud.
Plaud is a service which offers a clip on Mic and an app on iPhone to store and transcribe voice memos using AI.
You could try
You could try otter, although that one while transcribes the voice note or whatever it gekgenerates a summery and notes and yeah it also gives you the full transcription but i'm not sure if that's what you want.
You could always write to the plaud devs to see about improving accessibility, that might be your best bet. But don't just go oh app isn't accessible and that's it. If you write propose solutions, describe the problem clearly i.e, voiceover doesn't read the buttons correctly it just says button button button as an example.
limitless
Are you looking for Limitless? It records on a pendant-like device and summarizes the audio? It seems to be accessible?
