Problem with some combo boxes and choosing dates

Hello everyone!
Is anyone else struggling. With combo box popups with voiceover in Safari and Google Chrome on IOS 26? I also have an Apple bluetooth keyboard and those popups are still not usable with Voiceover! If I double-click on a a popup that says “collapsed,” it’ll still be collapsed in most cases. If I press an “enter” key on my Bluetooth keyboard though, it’ll say “expanded,,” but as soon as I moove my arrows back and forth, or swipe the screen left and right to here the updated information, Voiceover still says “collapsed,” therefore, voiceover doesn’t let me open a combo-box popup.
When it comes to selecting any date from a calendar on Safari on iOS, things also go South voiceover-wise.
I’m really curious, maybe someone found a solution to this.
Also, I’m wondering whether Android users run into the same problems sometimes?
