Hi, I have Mona 6. I used to get Notifications I no longer get them any idea why? I contacted the dev with no response. Any help is appreciated. This is on my iPhone. If I can't get this resolved what apps would people recommend for Mastodon?
Did you try it? No issues with getting notification sofor my mona 6. I take it you check both settings in settings and app and notification in Mona? You could reinstall it but not sure if you could find it again in the app store. Well if you do not care do not read next line. Long live cats.
I had not play with it so do not know. You might try turn off and on the notification to see if it fixes. Also again check the setting on mona about notifications. LLC.
On mona check settings and push notification and sincing iCloud. Unless something was change, it should not be doing so. Did you also check for an update of mona? I am not sure if mona 6 is being updated, since 7 is out. LLC.

Finally, on your iPhone go to settings, notifications, Mona, and look through all of those settings with a fine tooth comb.

Nuts. Sorry he is not responding. Did you go to Mastodon on your browser? If you have his data, you might to send him a poste and others might see him and urge him to respond. Do not know what the problem could be. It is strange. my mona 6 is working. LLC. Did you install mona 7? The free version? Wander if you could transfer your subscription to it?
Interesting. I did install 7 but I did not delete 6. I did pay for it when they had a special deal. I do not use 7 because it did not go from six on what I pay for it. If I use it will not be the same. I might be wrong but do not want to fine out. 6 still works for me. LLC.

I never turned them off
I never turned them off. What should I be looking for in Mona specifically? Again they just stopped one day.

Did you check if on tab mute itom is off. Also check settings to see beside motifications on mona. I just check my and do not see any changes. LLC.

I see nothing under mute items. It says add item. What am I looking for in settings?

I installed and reinstalled the Now it won't restore my subscription.

mona issue resolved
Had to iuninstall and reinstall Mona 7. so if anyone has this problem you may need to use mona 7.
